Yes.....they are right; I don't do this for nothing.
Honestly, I personally do not need to work, but am going to
share with you a personal goal that I have set for myself. I want to share
my knowledge by helping hundreds of people pay off the one thing that is
most important to them, their home.
And in the process, if I can help people build their
knowledge about wealth and learn how to work smarter for the rest of their
lives, and then they can share that knowledge with their children, family
and friends, in 20 years time Australia will be one of the wealthiest places
to live.
So how do I get rewarded?
Well if I help you get into an Investment property that
meets all the criteria of an Ideal investment. Yes, we get paid a real state
agent fee. But just remember one very important aspect, it's not my idea to
get you into just one investment, it's my idea to help you get into
1-2-3-4 over a long period. As long as you can comfortably do it, I will
help you get there.
Property Investment is not a get rich scheme, but over time
it can be one of the best investments you have ever made. I don't believe in
struggling so you can invest in property.
Its an investment that runs by itself and that's it.
The funny thing about giving free Information is that I know
many other companies who are into Property Investment and Home Loans/Finance
have signed up for my property tips and
are gathering all my information and using it for their own clients.
I don't mind sharing knowledge; I believe it is something
you must share.
And all I ask from every single person who reads and
receives my tips or emails - Never hold onto knowledge but share it with as
many people as you know, because the more you share it, the more you will
remember it and use it in your life everyday.

When I first started sharing my knowledge, I didn't want to,
why? Because these are actual life experiences that I had been through and I
thought to myself, "Why should I tell everyone
how to avoid this after I had to pay for it".
But then one day I read a book by a very wealthy man and it enforced me to
share
knowledge and the more you did the more:
1- You didn't forget the ruling.
2- It will always be there for you to use when you're ready to use it.
3- You will feel good as a person when you have helped someone else with the
knowledge you have gained.
4- The universe will repay you in other ways.
